Dawn Sena, owner, is an award winning designer, and her past projects have received awards from the American Resort Development Association.

We are a member of NEWH, and ASID. We often travel to locations outside of Florida.

We are easy to work with, and will be glad to meet with any General Managers, or even make a presentation to the HOA boards. SHD will also assist with Budget Development to forecast cost of items to be replaced.

At SHD, we work closely with several contractors as well, when the job requires more involved renovations, such as kitchen or bath renovations.

We have worked with several VRI properties and it has been a pleasure to work with them.
