Lynn Novitsky founded LAN Communications Inc. In 1984. She has over 30 years of experience in the Telecommunications Industry. Operating as an Independent Telecommunications Consultant, she has no affiliation with any vendors, she works solely on behalf of her clients.

Lynn has assisted many companies in a wide array of projects. Her assistance on projects saves companies many hours of their employee's time. In addition, due to her vast knowledge of the Industry, companies always save money over the course of the project, in a variety of areas.

Her experience includes, but is not limited to:

• Phone bill audits and cost reduction implementation
• Phone system and/or network design and implementation
• Phone system and/or network requests for quotes
• Project management for new office build outs, moves, expansions or system changes
• Negotiating contracts as well as lease buy outs of telephone equipment

Phone Bill Audits

Lynn's billing expertise, including knowledge of tariffs and network design, brings significant savings to her clients. She is currently averaging a 65% savings for her clients with NO CHANGE IN VENDORS.

Lynn offers a free initial audit to see if her services are warranted.

Here is how it works:

Lynn will review all voice and data bills clients have received over the past 6-12 months. If savings are evident, she will then be able to project a minimum savings figure, based on the initial audit.

If a client chooses to continue with a full audit, a contract is signed. Lynn then works to identify additional savings and/or credits. She also does the work to obtain the savings and/or credits. She monitors the bills for accuracy and does not call the project complete until all savings and credits are realized and bills are accurate.

When the project is complete, Lynn will train in house personnel to take over managing the data bases she has created. She will continue to be available for questions, at any time in the future, at no additional charge. Clients may also elect to continue having their bills monitored by Lynn on a monthly basis, for an additional monthly fee.

Lynn's fee for complete audits and cost reduction implementation is 50% of the first year savings and 50% of any credits received.
